Hi, I’m Roz

I believe everyone deserves a moment to breathe. My work is rooted in the simple truth that mindfulness can bring ease back into our lives, even when the world feels heavy or fast‑moving. I’ve seen how powerful it can be to pause, reconnect, and give yourself just a little space to settle.

My path into this work grew from my own experiences with stress and the stories of the people around me. Over time, I trained as a Mindfulness‑Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator, completed advanced teacher training through Brown University, and became both a certified Meditation Coach and accredited Group Fitness Instructor. These tools allow me to blend movement, breath, and stillness into practices that feel supportive and accessible.

I created Symplistic Lifestyle as a place where you can slow down, feel held, and return to yourself. Whether you join me for weekly meditations, restorative movement, or a quiet retreat, my intention is always the same — to help you find moments of clarity, calm, and nourishment in the middle of your everyday life.

If you’re looking for a space that encourages ease, reflection, and gentle growth, you’re in the right place. I’d love to walk this journey with you.
