Hello
Symplistic Lifestyle uses Mindfulness Practices to reduce stress levels within the workforce by using tools of engagement for a healthier atmosphere. I always thought that if we knew better, we would do better. The name is my way of reminding me to “Keep it Simple”.

My Story
Roz is a native of Buffalo, New York, and is an alumna of SUNY Erie Community College and Medaille College. After relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina she specialized in the case management for high risk, high needs individuals. She worked within the criminal court system. Dedicated to advocacy, Roz championed the rights of those affected by drug related offenses. Before retiring she earned the distinction of becoming a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator and completed the Teacher Advancement Intensive Level 1 Training Program through Brown University. Her diverse experience includes serving as a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) accredited by the Athletics and Fitness Assocation of America as well as a Meditation Coach certified by Transformation Academy.
Inspired by observing the challenges her colleagues, friends, and family faced in balancing work and life, Roz founded Symplistic Lifestyle (SL). The initiative is designed to support employees in reducing workplace stress and fostering a healthier more mindful atmosphere. Grounded in evidence-based mindfulness practices, SL offers services such as Sunrise and Evening Meditation sessions, along with complimentary weekly 15 Minute Meditation Practice. These offerings are adaptable and can be delivered individually, in group settings, or through online and in-person quarterly retreats.
